In his new role, he is overseeing the implementation of the national digital agenda for health IT. He is committed to ensuring patients receive high quality, safe care in a sustainable system construct, through the digital transformation of the National Health Service.

Lloyd is an entrepreneur with over 20 years building digital businesses. He is the co-founder of Zesty. Zesty was formed in 2012 and provides software to NHS trusts and hospitals. They have been nominated as "Tech Business of the Year" by PWC.
3) Juliet Bauer - Interview
Juliet joined NHS England for very personal reasons following a successful career in top media firms such as News UK, Top Right Group and EMAP. No she is reasonable for helping users of the NHS have a better relationship with clinical staff via technology.
4) Ali Parsa - Interview
Ali is at the forefront of tech disruption in healthcare. Launched in Feb 2015 the service covers 350,000 people. Apple recognised babylon as one of its best apps of the year in 2015. Previously Ali has founded Circle and worked at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse and has vast experience across the sector.
